Our Valuable Team

Ken Gray
President
Ken Gray II is a dedicated and accomplished leader deeply committed to the healthcare and social services sectors, with a particular focus on enriching the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. As Owner/President of James-Leach Inc., operating as Gray Legacy Services since April 2024, he manages the daily operations, financial direction, and strategic vision for the La Grange and Smiley, TX regions. Ken leads two Program Directors in overseeing an ICF Medicaid contract and advocates for Gray Legacy Services and PPAT before the HHSC and the Texas Legislature. His leadership extends to supervising the executive team and directing all financial, operational, and strategic functions. Inspired by his late mother, Mary Gray, a talented artist, and his profound care for the individuals he serves, Ken founded the Mary Gray Foundation to foster artistic opportunities and enhance the lives of people with developmental disabilities.

Denise Gray
Vice President
Denise Gray is the Vice President of Gray Legacy Services, bringing over 20 years of experience serving the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) community. Denise holds three degrees from Texas Tech University: a Bachelor of Architecture, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration. While she began her career in architecture, her passion led her to the IDD field, where she is dedicated to helping individuals live fulfilling lives within their communities. Denise is married to Ken Gray, and together they have a family of five talented children and two amazing grandchildren.

Kim Scott
La Grange Area Program Director
Kim Scott is the dedicated Program Director at Gray Legacy Services in La Grange, bringing over 25 years of hands-on experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field. Her career started as an LVN, which really fueled her passion for serving the IDD community. Throughout her extensive career, Kim has shown a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals with IDD, helping individuals reach their full potential and live fulfilling lives in their communities.

Lisa Webb
Smiley Area Program Director
Lisa Webb has worked with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) for the past 26 years. Lisa started in this field as a LVN, which she continues in that role today as well as the role of Program Director. Lisa finds great joy in working with individuals with IDD as well as their families, to assist them in achieving and maintaining the best quality of life in and around the communities in which they live.
